The pool! The reception staff & poolside staff were amazing. The location is easy to get into the main town for sightseeing. A lovely hotel, but the spa unfortunately wasn’t up to Four season’s standards, it was good but not great. Positives: The decor is lovely and beautifully designed, but the lounge seats in the spa were rock hard, not comfortable to relax in pre or post spa. I usually have a daily massage, but after one spa session I chose to go get massages outside the resort for the following days. So, in summary: a great location, great pool & a calm environment- enjoy a very leisurely pace & you’ll enjoy your stay. But not a great/ spectacular dining destination nor the most memorable spa experience vs other Four Season hotels. However, it is still a great get away & worth staying if visiting Marrakech! So, specific negatives aside, a great relaxing resort style Four Seasons, with some standout staff at reception & poolside making it a great stay. We look forward to coming back and the feedback is specific just for guests who had anticipated staying mainly within the grounds for an entire vacation of on-site dining & pampering. Hope this is helpful. P.S: loved the greenery and calm throughout the grounds.

Absolutely amazing beautiful hotel, decorated Fantastic, helpful, nice, kind staff, from clean service, drivers, reception, restaurant staff,kitchen staff, menager, concierge service, Everyone take care of you, try make the best. Absolutely amazing, fresh, handmade breakfast, lunch, dinner. Room with amazing view, huge tarrase, balcony. Spacious. Comfortable bed, huge bathroom. I recommend use options trip with concierge service, we had amazing guide with us few days. We spend amazing time with our drives and we visit beautiful places. I recommend option with balloon but better rent for private option. Our breakfast was absolutely amazing, staff absolutely lovely, attentive for every detail.

Whats not to like? Service is impeccable. Site, surroundings and room were beautiful. Family pool is by far the best we've visited. shallow all around with so much space and a few bubbles for children to play in. Food options are all lovely. The japanese rooftop was our favourite. If you enjoy the finer things in life, but still need to cater to your kids then this is the place to go. My son is autistic and eats very limited foods, everywhere we went someone was on hand with freshly cooked fries for him, even at breakfast! They even accommodated this on the japanese rooftop too. Nothing was too much effort. Can't wait to go back!

I cannot remember all the names, but my sincere thanks to all the crew for making our stay so exceptional :) - Ziyad by the pool, Nassima in the Inara restaurant and many more. Breakfast is amazing and the helpful staff serving you the breakfast 10+. We enjoyed also very tasteful dinners in the restaurants and enjoyed the pool area and sun bathing. You just cannot believe how peaceful it can be in buzzling Marrakech. I hope I’ll come back soon!

The rooms are spacious and well equipped - Housekeeping is attentive. The extensive grounds and facilities ensure a relaxing environment. The pool area is luxurious and again staff extremely attentive. We used the spa a several times during our stay. The environment is so peaceful and relaxing and treatments are of a high quality. We could not recommend this hotel resort enough.
